International Relations Office

The International Relations Office of South Texas serves as a regional planning and coordinating office to support and create relevant international activities, generating opportunities for the international economic developement for the area.


Two years ago, when  we started working on the mission of fostering international ties in South Texas, our first objective was to identify and build the necessary structures and conditions for a movement that would create sustained international economic development. Since then, the keywords of the International Relations Office formed by the Port of Corpus Christi, the City of Corpus Christi, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, and the World Affairs Council of South Texas, have been “people” and “businesses."
