How To Apply

Please read these categories below and follow the most relevant process

International Pathway Students

You will apply for admission as an international freshman student if you:
  • Not a U.S. citizen nor a permanent resident of the United States, and
  • A holder or prospective holder of an F-1 student visa, and
  • Intend to study in the United States.
  • Need further language or academic preparation before enrolling in a college program.
International Study Center (ISC) in partnership with Study Group is dedicated to preparing international students for academic success. ISC students are fully immersed in the A&M – Corpus Christi campus experience while being surrounded by an additional community of support that helps international students adapt and thrive on campus. International Freshman Students

You will apply for admission as an international freshman student if you:
  • Not a U.S. citizen nor a permanent resident of the United States, and
  • A holder or prospective holder of an F-1 student visa, and
  • Have graduated or will graduate from high school
  • You have taken IELTS or TOEFL or you come from countries are exempt from submitting TOEFL or IELTS score (see the list of the countries here)

International Transfer Students

You will apply for admission as an international transfer student if you:
  • Not a U.S. citizen nor a permanent resident of the United States, and
  • A holder or prospective holder of an F-1 student visa, and
  • Have or will have earned 24 or more transferable college credit hours at the time of your intended transfer.

International graduate students

You will apply for admission as an international freshman student if you:
  • Not a U.S. citizen nor a permanent resident of the United States, and
  • A holder or prospective holder of an F-1 student visa, and
  • Have graduated or will graduate with a bachelor degree.
  • Intend to pursue a graduate program

International J1 students or scholars

You will apply for admission as an international freshman student if you:
  • Not a U.S. citizen nor a permanent resident of the United States, and
  • A holder or prospective holder of a J-1 visa
